Refund Policy

Overview

We sell setup support, diagnosis, and guidance services. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days after we receive the request at [email protected].

Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund if you paid by mistake, purchased the wrong support package and contacted us before work started, were charged twice for the same package, or did not receive a response within the stated support window after submitting the required non-secret request details.

Partial Refunds

If work has already started, we may offer a partial refund based on time spent, diagnostic work completed, and deliverables already provided. A partial refund may be more appropriate when the issue is caused by unsupported hardware, third-party provider limits, or unavailable credentials that you choose not to provide through a secure direct channel.

Non-Refundable Cases

Completed digital support work is generally non-refundable once the requested diagnosis, checklist, setup route, remote handoff, or written guidance has been delivered. We also do not refund issues caused by violating third-party terms, submitting false information, refusing required safe access steps, or requesting unsupported or unsafe work.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the payment email, package purchased, Stripe receipt or checkout session if available, and the reason for the request. Do not include card numbers, passwords, API keys, or private credentials.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. If a chargeback is opened, support work may pause while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
